To dress up cauliflower, Mom used a delightful mixture of a cheesy sauce, bright red and green pepper pieces and crushed cornflakes. We enjoyed this casserole so much that leftovers were rare. -Linda McGinty, Parma, Ohio

Who asks for a cauliflower recipe? I actually did because this one was worth asking for. I got this recipe from my friend Laura and now I can actually say that my kids love cauliflower!

This recipes looks great as is, but being me...I felt this recipe needed a little seasoning. I changed the sour cream to Ranch Dip to give it more flavor. It turned out Great!

Great! I forgot to add the parmesan & paprika, but did take another users suggestion and added Mrs. Dash. Tasted almost like cheesy potatoes!

It's hard to find good recipes for Cauliflower. This one is excellent. I put a bit extra cheddar in as well as some parsely and Mrs. Dash. I didn't have corn flakes so I used italian bread crumbs. I don't think it even tastes like Cauliflower in the end, but everyone eats it up and what they don't know...doesn't hurt.

Great dish. Has become a family favorite. I put in both a whole red and green pepper for added zip and a large package of cheddar cheese.

This is a great sidedish! Always a hit! I substituted the cheddar for colby and the grated parmesan for shredded.
