Great use of leftover chicken. I'm always trying to find ways to rebrand due to the leftover snobs in my household and this fits the bill.

Great flavors, nice twist on the usual homemade pizza ideas. I used a Pillsbury pizza crust, and green onions instead of a shallot (I had those items on hand). Pre-baked the crust for 10 minutes, then followed recipe. Delicious.

My husband and I just tried this, it was amazing! We spent the whole meal talking about different ways to make it. Next time we are going to try a barbeque chicken pizza with bbq sauce and fried onions. One thing is for sure, this will be a staple from now on!

This recipe is definitely a keeper. I used left over grilled chicken instead of the rotisserie chicken. My husband and 7 yr. old son (both picky eaters) loved this. Next time I make this, I'm going to try grilling it instead of baking it.
