Sugarless Banana Walnut Cake

I enjoy this delicious cake with ice cream or whipped cream, but it's great all by itself. It's moist and has a refreshing banana flavor!

I was hoping so badly that this was good. Even with very overripe bananas and all of the cinnamon, it was like cardboard. I ended up adding applesauce, more spices and sweetnlow to give it some flavor without tasting terrible.
