Strawberry Watermelon Slush
Total TimePrep/Total Time: 10 min.
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 2 cups ice cubes
- Place first four ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add ice; process, covered, until slushy. Serve immediately.

My daughter helped me make this one and loved it! We used frozen berries so we left out the ice, which worked very well. We had so much left over, we made the extra into fruit pops to freeze for later! We'll be making this one again - thanks!

Made it for my family with Splenda instead of sugar. It's just sweet enough with a little tartness from the lemon juice. Everyone loved it.
