Rosemary and Ginger Infused Water
Total TimePrep: 5 min. + chilling
Makes8 servings (1 cup each)
- 2 quarts water
- 3 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh gingerroot
- Combine all ingredients in a large glass carafe or pitcher. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Strain before serving.

Never thought of mixing these two flavors, but I like the result! Be sure to stir the water to mix the flavors before serving because the rosemary floats, but the ginger sinks. Nice, refreshing, easy drink for any season.

I’m always trying to drink more water. I figured trying some infused waters, would not only encourage drinking more, but a bonus with the added health benefits. I love the spicy attitude of the ginger in this one. It’s like it’s saying to me “you are not drinking just plain old water here”.
