Pineapple and Mint Infused Water

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts water
  • 1/4 fresh pineapple, sliced
  • 3 fresh mint sprigs

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large glass carafe or pitcher. Cover and refrigerate 12-24 hours. Strain before serving.

      So light and refreshing. I will make this frequently as we have a fresh mint patch. I also save pineapple cores in my freezer, which worked great (I used 2).
