I'll admit to being skeptical when my daughter and her friend wanted to make this for dessert; however, it's fantastic! They ate almost all of it betwixt the two! It's also very good over chocolate and s'more ice cream.

This peanut butter topping is delicious and so easy to make. I have even made it without putting it in a blender and just pouring it over the ice cream and it is still wonderful! :)
