Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 to 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 3/4 ounce Triple Sec
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons amaretto
  • Optional garnish: Lime slice, lime twist, edible flowers and fresh pineapple

Directions

  1. Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Place remaining ice in a rocks glass; set aside.
  2. Add the rum, Triple Sec, juices and amaretto to shaker; cover and shake for 10-15 seconds or until condensation forms on outside of shaker. Strain into prepared glass. Garnish as desired.
