Ingredients: 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce; 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce; 1 teaspoon sesame oil; 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs; 3 tablespoons chopped green onions; 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot; 1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef; SAUCE:; 1/4 cup rice vinegar; 1/4 cup hoisin sauce; 2 tablespoons water; 2 tablespoons sesame oil; 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce; 1 tablespoon honey; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot

Ingredients

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
1-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
SAUCE:
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix lightly but thoroughly.
Shape into scant 1-in. balls. Place in a 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until meat is no longer pink, 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients; heat through. Serve with meatballs.
