Frothy Orange Drink
Total TimePrep/Total Time: 10 min.
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 to 10 ice cubes
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until thickened and slushy. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

Loved the flavor and will make again for sure! I did use almond milk & stevia, but wanted to be able to store this in the fridge when we can't drink it all, so thickened with plain yogurt instead of ice cubes. Your idea is better but this worked for us. Oh, did use the O.J. frozen the first time around and was a little thicker. Thank-you, great recipe!
