Recipe good as given, except the cooking time. It depends on your microwave and the size of the potatoes. Also, used olive oil instead of butter. Reduced to 1/8th cup. Still good.

Super easy, fast and delicious. I made these with another microwave recipe from the same issue; the Cheese-Topped Meat Loaves. I strongly recommend both.

Delicious and fast. Next time, I will cut on the sesoning salt because it was too salty for our taste.

Super quick and the family loved them. I still prefer oven roasted potatoes which would be great with this recipe, but this is fine when you don't have the time.

Easy peasy-I made 1/2 recipe w white round potatoes and cut them smaller, cooked 9 mins. Could have used less butter maybe. Thanks

The flavor is good but I thought the potatoes came out kind of chewy/soggy from the microwave. I think I will try it in the oven next time. I also added 1 tsp. of italian seasoning.
