Love Apricots! But couldn't find The Apricot gelatin or yogurt so used Peach gelatin
I made this recipe for a ladies luncheon, and it was a big hit. I did not alter it at all.
I made this delicious recipe but with changes. No peach or apricot jello to be found so used orange. Also used peach yogurt since no apricot to be found. Did use 5 fresh apricots. This is a winner all around. Both hubby and I loved it and will definitely make it again. Volunteer Field Editor
I just made this recipe with a few minor changes. I used vanilla lowfat yogurt instead of peach or apricot because that's what I had on hand. I used sugar free peach gelatin, sugar free frozen whipped topping and a 15 ounce can of halved, unpeeled apricot in light syrup (drained) and chopped. The finished "fluff" was tasty, light and not too sweet. A wonderful dessert to make for the hot summer days we have been having. Five stars for sure!
I've made this recipe several times over the past few weeks. I have used different gelatin and yogurt flavors. It is delicious however you make it.

I made this recipe today using 3-oz. peach gelatin since I did not have apricot gelatin! I did use 2 5.3-oz. cartons of peach yogurt and I left the apricots I'd used unpeeled! (They'd gotten ripe!) I'd looked for reduced-fat whipped topping, but didn't find it in my supermarket so I used fat-free whipped topping! (This is a delicious recipe!
This is an excellent summer salad and so many different flavors can be used! A personal favorite if mandarin orange and pineapple. I also love to add in 8oz. cottage cheese.
