I made these last year, and will be making more tomorrow. They are fantastic. I did learn that if your truffles don't hold their shape, you can add a small amount of confectioner's sugar to stiffen them just a bit. Make them small, roll them quickly in the coatings and put them straight back in the fridge UNCOVERED. Once they dry a bit and get a "crust", they hold their shape well.

These didn't turn out for me at all. Even after hours in the fridge they wouldn't keep their round shape and kept going flat. I had to throw away the whole batch.

Oh so good!! I added 1 T. peppermint flavor, and the family loved it. Do not recommend using cococut, as it does not stick. Even had trouble getting the sprinkle to stick. But over all, very tasty!

These truffles were so quick and easy to make and they added such a beautiful touch to my cookie trays. I also gave them in tins as gifts. This will be a recipe I use regularly. They not only taste good but they look as good as they taste.
