I don't even like cheesecake, but I decided to make this for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved it. He talked me into trying a piece... and I loved it too! I've made it a few times since then, and I always get compliments. I would very highly recommend this recipe!

Made this for my nieces 30th birthday party, everyone went crazy over it. I only made a few changes, I used the already graham crumbs you can buy in box already crushed and no peacans. Then for the orange liquer or flavoring i used orange juice. Turned out soo good, i made it a day in ahalf to get it really cold, then made topping few hours before party.

This is a great dessert to wow your friends with, I always make it with fresh, local strawberries.

I used a plain cheesecake from Costco without the border whipped cream. Then jumped to the Glaze topping. Added 3 Tbls. Grand Marnier for the liqueur.
