After trying this delicious chicken dish in a restaurant, I decided to recreate it at home. Topped with bacon, caramelized onions and zippy shredded cheese, it comes together in no time with ingredients I usually have on hand. Plus, it cooks in one skillet, so it’s a cinch to clean up! –Brenda Carpenter, Warrensburg, Missouri

This is a great flavor combination! I loved it! My only suggestion is to cook the bacon at the same time as the chicken in another skillet. At the end I placed the chicken in the skillet I had cooked the onions in and layered the chicken in there and allowed the cheese to melt. Delicious!

This is sooo yummy! I cut the bacon and the onion into smaller pieces to make it easier to eat, but otherwise did exactly as described and was very happy with this! will certainly be making this again!!!

I'm not a huge bacon fan but I decided to try it and I'm glad I did. This is absolutely DELISH! The onions and the bacon were so good with the chicken. I love it!

This is a very moist and flavorful chicken. I made this when we had guests over for dinner and we all loved it. It even re-heat pretty well for lunch the next day.

This is awesome! We love it. Instead of lemon pepper I used ranch seasoning. I usually cook the chicken in a seperate pan so that I can cook the onions for a longer period of time, I like them very carmelized.
