I usually use the biscuits instead of the dinner rolls and yes, I have frozen them. They are great!

I don't see why they can't be frozen! I freeze a lot of things for quick convenience on those busy weeknights! I would probably freeze them in a ziploc bag so you can grab the number you need each time. I think it would be great for school-age kids... they can grab a few from the freezer and pop in microwave for 30-45 seconds for a super yummy after school snack! I would put the microwave directions on the bag with a permanent marker so they don't have to try and remember how long!
