These are awesome. My husband loves potatoes in pretty much any way, shape or form, but he particularly loves red potatoes. This has become his favorite red potato recipe.

These garlic mashed potatoes have fantastic flavor and are easy to prepare. Recipe can be doubled or halved with no change in texture or flavor. This recipe will replace our regular mashed potato sidedish.
