"This fun frosty treat came from a very dear elderly friend who was a great cook. I think of her whenever I make it. It’s so simple, cool and refreshing on a hot summer day. You can also add fresh blueberries for a beautiful red-white-and-blue patriotic showstopper!" —Gail Marshall Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Yummy!! Was a little tart. I think the sweetness is dependent on the fresh berries. Next time I will add a little sugar.

I made this for my Persian friends and family and they said that it tasted like a Persian treat called "Alaska".

I used 1/2 qt. bag frozen blueberries and 1/2 qt. bag frozen raspberries. Everything else was the same. Was very easy and quick to make and tasted great. Served it with whipped cream and cookies.

When I make this again I probably will not put the full 12 ounces of the lemonade in it, we thought it was just a little tart.

The only thing I did, which gave it a better taste, was to add some Lite Cool Whip! Delicious!

It's very good and refreshing. Nice summer recipe. I think it would be good with blueberries instead of the strawberries too.

This is so easy and so good. I froze in 1 cup containers so that just one person can eat a little at a time and not have it dry out.
