I forgot to refrigerate the bagles for an hour, not sure what that step is for but I don't think it made any difference anyway. Biggest problem I had was all the bagles here are pre-sliced, so instead of chips they were the size of croutons .. next time I'd use a bagette! :D

These are so yummy. You can add other seasoning blends too for a flavor change.They tend to crisp up when they cool, but it's hard to wait.
