This was so good. It was also very easy to prepare. Tasts better than the store bought variety.

Being the chocolate mint lover that I am, I have tried many recipes for this candy and this one is the very best. This one is a definite keeper. Thanks for sharing!

This is so yummy and so easy to make. I used two teaspoons of peppermint extract and it was plenty for my taste. It looks so pretty on the tray.

I loved this! I received a lot of praise and passed the recipe on to several people, too. I did make more chocolate for the top layer - making an additional half recipe (I think I used too much for the bottom). This will become a yearly tradition in my home!

Very easy tastes great! I put made for Christmas and place holly sprinkles on top. I went with the 3 teaspoons of mint extract. Everyone loved it!

Made this recipe a few years ago, it was good but not great. Pretty easy to make, if you're looking to make a lot you'll probably want to double your ingredients.

These were really easy to make and they turned out wonderfully. Definitely satisfied my mint craving!I used milk chocolate, instead of semisweet, chips; white bark for the candy coating; didn't use food coloring; and I opted for 3 tsp of peppermint extract
