Broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables, so I'm constantly on the lookout for new ways of preparing it. This casserole is a great oven entree. - Connie Bolton, San Antonio, Texas.

I also wasn't sure what crinkle cut potatoes were, so i used waffle fries. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty this dish was. I will definitely be making it again.

The only thing I would change to this recipe would be that I'd lightly salt the broccoli. Make sure to spread the soup mixture well over the whole dish, that is what makes this recipes so good!
