Made this loaf tonight. Was totally way too crumbly when sliced. Made a huge mess all over the place. Needs more oil. Was dry & needs more eggs to hold it together. Tasty but I will have to improve on this somehow - just falls apart. Should be called Crumb loaf. Going to double the amount of oil and use 3 or 4 eggs next time & add vanilla. The taste is good.

made this loaf for the widows club and this was the first one that was all gone. The very best will make it today.
