Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2-1/4 cups sugar, divided
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 pretzel sticks
  • Decorating icing of your choice

Directions

  • In a large bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and 2 cups sugar until blended. Beat in egg and extracts. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes or until firm enough to shape.
