Pizza Joes

This was a fun recipe that certainly delivered. I did make some small adjustments to use pantry items. In lieu of the pizza sauce, I substituted an 8-oz. can of tomato sauce with 2 T. ketchup, 1 T. tomato paste and 1 tsp. minced garlic. I also upped the oregano from a 14 tsp. to 1 tsp. I yielded 8 servings.

Very good and different. I think I'll hand chop the pepperoni, pepper and onion the next time, though.

This recipe disappeared from our plates faster than I got them on the buns. A new house favorite!
