Lemony Snack Mix

I'm on a gluten-restricted diet. I came up with this snack mix one day when I wanted something fast and easy that tasted like lemon bars. It makes a great gift, and folks love the light and fresh citrus flavor. —Patricia Sensenich, Olanthe, Kansas

I just wasted $10 in white chips and butter trying to make this, because the chocolate completely seized up twice The first time, I thought maybe I had the heat too high under the double boiler, so I threw out the batch and tried again, starting from super low heat and stirring the entire time. Same result: a doughy glob that wouldn't absorb butter and absolutely couldn't be spread through cereal. I wish this worked, but melting white chocolate + lemon juice is apparently harder than the recipe makes it sound.
