Hearty Italian Soup
Macaroni and Italian sausage makes this tomato-veggie soup thick and hearty. “It offers a nice change of pace from my chili recipe,” notes Robin Sabrowsky of Plymouth, Wisconsin.

I found this quick, easy, and filling on cold winter's night! I didn't have Italian tomatoes so I used regular and added some Italian seasoning. When I make it again, I'll add more sausage. I'm also going to double it so we have more leftover. The two of us liked it so well, there was only enough for one of us to have for lunch the next day!
We had this soup tonight and give it 5 thumbs up. The only thing I did differently was to cook the macaroni separately and add it to the soup at the end. It is quick, easy, and delicious. We will be having this soup again. Volunteer Field Editor
My husband is a picky eater, and he loved this. We had it for left overs a few days later and he wanted to know if there was more. I didn't have elbow macaroni, I used some funky type of small noodle and it was still great.
