Classic Avocado Toast

- 1 slice hearty bread, toasted
- 1 to 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
- 1/4 medium ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- Spread toast with olive oil; top with avocado slices. If desired, mash avocado slightly and drizzle with additional oil. Sprinkle with salt.

So good. I recommend Haas avocados.For a fancy effect and a Southwest flavor, top each slice with a teaspoon of sour cream and a dot of hot sauce.

My Mom said that my Grandma ate this toast almost everyday when they lived in California. This with a twist to plain avocado toast is yummers.
