- 1 slice hearty bread, toasted
- 1 to 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
- 1/4 medium ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- Spread toast with olive oil; top with avocado slices. If desired, mash avocado slightly and drizzle with additional oil. Sprinkle with salt. Yield: 1 serving.
