1-2-3 Snack Mix

- 1 package (6.6 ounces) miniature cheddar cheese fish-shaped crackers
- 1 package (5 ounces) dried cranberries
- 1-1/4 cups salted cashews
- In a large bowl, combine the crackers, cranberries and cashews. Store in an airtight container.

So easy, but so delicious! I keep this on hand quite often for snacking. The grandkids love the fish in it and it is a pretty healthy snack option for them.

Great for a quick and easy snack. I love any kind of mixes. This would be great for on the road snacks, to take to work. I love all three of these ingredients together.

As much as I love the three ingredients, I did not like the flavors combined. I used unsalted cashews; but the mix was plenty salty, so that wasn't the problem.

This is realy a great snack I made it for my son to take as a healthy treat for his classroom and it was a huge hit. It doesn't last long around my house either.lol
