- 2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Process peanuts and salt in a food processor until desired consistency, about 5 minutes, scraping down sides as needed. Add honey; process just until blended. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Yield: about 1 cup.

"While I have not made this recipe specifically, I have made peanut butter with dry roasted peanuts without adding anything else (using lightly salted dry roasted peanuts). My recipe is actually for chocolate peanut butter! After doing as above with lightly salted peanuts, I add a bag of semi sweet chips with the processor running until desired consistency. Let set a few hours to firm up."
