- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup baking cocoa
- 1-1/2 cups hot water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- In a large saucepan, stir together sugar and cocoa. Add water; bring to a boil. Add vanilla. Chill. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.
