Perfect! I used flour because I had no cornstarch!
Love this simple and delicious recipe. Sifting dry ingredients and whisking in milk will eliminate lumps.
Delicious and easy. If you have lumps, whisk the dry ingredients before adding the milk and vanilla.
Followed the directions to a TEE, and it came out lumpy. I had to tell my three year old they were snowballs so he would eat it.
Made an account just to review this! Turned out amazingly, I don't buy milk so instead I used silk's almond/coconut blend for this recipe and Dutch-processed cocoa and it turned out incredibly!
Yummy! Smooth and a real nice chocolate flavour. I used it to make a chocolate icebox cake. I will try to put some mint into the pudding next time to give it a festive twist.
Made this tonight. Very quick and so good. I do not like instant box pudding, so was quite thrilled to see this recipe. Will make this delicious pudding often. I am lactose intolerant and the lactose free milk does well in this. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!
Delicious- If you'd like to try a minty sort of pudding I added 1/2 teaspoon of mint extract and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Delicious! I made it with Hershey's Dark Chocolate baking cocoa - wonderful!
Oh My Goodness...wonderful filling for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary Cake. To make a little more chocolatey I also added 1tsp of Chocolate extract.
