- 1 wedge (8 ounces) blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- Assorted crackers
- Place cheese on a serving dish. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve with crackers. Yield: 8 servings.

"Made this for Christmas; it went in no time. It was so good and just as the description said it would be. Salty, sweet, and very good! I will make this often. Thanks for a different recipe."
