This is one of the best desserts I have ever tasted. They say this recipe is supposed to be 30 servings ... THEY LIE. I gave four measly pieces to my friend and kept the rest for my son and me. We could not stay out of these bars. Finally I looked at the pan and had to go ask my son if I had really eaten that many, or had he been into them as well. He said "Mom - those are so freaking good I can't stay out of them. I have eaten a lot." Between the two of us, we finished the entire pan of "30 servings" in about 3 days. That should say two things to you. First, they are excellent bars. And second, make these at your own risk ... they are addicting!!!

Not sure what I did wrong...followed the recipe to a T! My crust is thicker than the topping. I used a Pan, instead of a Dish....did I need to use Glass??? I will make this again, because it does taste good....but pretty thin bars.

These were super simple to make and are delicious! They sure don't taste like a light version of cheesecake!
