Very easy to prepare and very good taste. One modification I made was instead of 4 cups of beef broth, I used 2 cups of beef broth and 2 cups of chicken broth. Tastes great the day of, it's going to taste even better tomorrow!!

We used beef in this recipe, but easy to make and very hearty. It will be replacing our beef stew recipe and we will be making this instead. Husband and kid both loved it also.

I would definitely make this again. It has a very good flavor.I added a little browning sauce to give it a richer color and almost doubled the veggies. We like a lot of veggies with our gravy. This is a keeper.

Big flavor, delicious stew. I used ground lamb and the finished product was great. Big lamb flavor- economically priced!
