- 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 8 ounces white baking chips (about 1-1/3 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 6 cups crisp rice cereal
- In a Dutch oven, combine marshmallows, baking chips and butter. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Add cereal; stir to coat.
- Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. pan; gently press mixture evenly into pan. Cut into bars. Yield: about 3 dozen.

"I got an email with '30 Junk Food Copycat Recipes' and this recipe was included in them but it says 'so quick to make that you can prepare them during a TV commercial'...while the recipe clearly says it takes 15 minutes...so no, you can't prepare them during the commercial breaks which are at most 3-4 minutes. Also, this says it is white chocolate but it calls for 'white baking chips' which are vanilla flavored. Just thought I would point those out. With Easter coming soon I could see using the pastel colored candy melts to make these with Easter colors."
