One star is being generous ... this is based solely on this recipe being called “Healthy”. A cup of brown sugar and a stick of butter for 8 servings? Those proportions are found in brownies, not a healthy breakfast recipe.

I made this recipe and ate it two different ways. We had it for dessert with a berry sauce over top of it. I also enjoyed it for breakfast in a bowl with some milk added. Both ways were good! It tastes like oatmeal cookies. I used only 1/2 cup brown sugar and it was still sweet enough for me.

I have made this recipe for myself many times, but finally shared it at a Father's day brunch and it was a big hit. Many requests for the recipe. .
