Our eight children love helping make these sweet crunchy treats. We fry flour tortillas for a few seconds in oil, then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. They're fun to make for a large group. I usually do the frying, then have one of the older kids add the coating.

A totally quick way to fry Elephant Ears to create from 6" flour taco's. Yield 10 servings. Great dessert for a 'Mexican' Dinner! Looks good to me!!!

Made these on-site at a Sunday School fundraiser dinner. People were eating them faster than we could make them! They were so fast, easy and delicious - my oldest son likes to make them at home now for a treat.

I was stuck at home from having surgery. My sis hadn't filled my grocery list. I'm normally not at home so I had very few items. For some reason I had a bag of tortillas. I came across your website. From your website and my tortillas I made 3 meals. As I started on the elephant ears my sis and fam came in. After grabbing a bite, she swore I had been to our local Mexican restaurant (I'm not suppose to drive) I had to show her your website and my bag of sugar. They raved over the dessert .... thx!

I like to make these with flat bread. They're easy, fast and sooo yummy. Try them and you'll think you're at the county fair!
