As much as I love the three ingredients, I did not like the flavors combined. I used unsalted cashews; but the mix was plenty salty, so that wasn't the problem.

This is realy a great snack I made it for my son to take as a healthy treat for his classroom and it was a huge hit. It doesn't last long around my house either.lol
