Sweet Broiled Grapefruit

- 1 large grapefruit
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat broiler. Cut grapefruit crosswise in half; if desired, cut a thin slice from the bottom of each to level. Cut around each grapefruit section to loosen fruit. Top with butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over fruit.
- Place on a baking sheet. Broil 4 in. from heat until sugar is bubbly.

This is the best way to make a grapefruit, I have never really liked grapefruit until I tried this recipe...definitely much better tasting warmed up
