Ingredients

  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. Cut grapefruit crosswise in half; if desired, cut a thin slice from the bottom of each to level. Cut around each grapefruit section to loosen fruit. Top with butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over fruit.
  2. Place on a baking sheet. Broil 4 in. from heat until sugar is bubbly.
