Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats

I'm not a fan of cooked oatmeal because of that pasty mouth-feel it give but this was great! I added more oats for a thicker texture and gave my serving a quick zap in the microwave. Hubby swirled jam in his but I opted for fresh berries to reduce the added sugar. If you're a peanut butter lover (or any other nut butter) I highly recommend you give this a try!
I am a big fan of the combo, peanut butter and jelly, so this was the perfect breakfast for me. It's almost like a morning treat! The oatmeal was creamy and tasty yet I'll reduce the amount of jelly next time, or will use a sugar-free jelly instead to make it healthier.
