This is a great recipe for venison. I am always looking for new ways to cook it.Definitely will make again! The only thing I did different was add some chopped garlic.I don't think it needed it. This is easy to put together in the morning and have a great meal for a chilly night. Thanks for sharing!

My husband grew up eating venison in Michigan's upper peninsula. He LOVED this recipe and so do our friends! Delicious as is -- didn't change any ingredients. Definitely a keeper!
