- 2 cups hot strong brewed coffee (French or other dark roast)
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dash ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a small saucepan, combine the coffee, milk, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cook and stir until heated through. (Do not boil.) Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Pour into cups or mugs; serve immediately.

Nice beverage, I was quite satisfied with 1/2 of the honey suggested in this recipe and it seemed adequately sweet (to my tastes).

I liked the honey in this coffee, it was unique and different.
