Honey-Pear Iced Tea

Take summery iced tea into fall and winter by stirring in pear nectar and adding a fresh pear slice to each glass as a garnish. A little honey provides an extra touch of sweetness.


  • 6 individual green chai tea bags
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups pear nectar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • Thin pear slices


  1. Steep tea in water for 3 minutes; discard tea bags. Cool. Refrigerate until chilled.
  2. In a pitcher, combine the pear nectar, lemon juice, honey and chilled tea. Garnish each serving with a pear slice.
