This elegant, fluffy dessert is a feast for the eyes and palate. Since almost any fresh fruit may be used, it can grace special meals throughout the year. My family loves it, and the recipe is easy to double if you are hosting a larger group.

I first tried this recipe because it looked so pretty...but I had no idea it would taste so good. It's just delicious, and easy to make. I serve it in a deep glass bowl for Sunday dinner or on special occasions. I've found the custard works quite well in a pie crust, too. I do a lot of cooking, baking, canning and freezing for my husband, Roman, and our two daughters here on our farm. I've enjoyed cooking ever since I was young and helped my mother in her kitchen.
My daughter, Dena, is the real cook in our family, and she's always trying new recipes and encouraging me to fix things, too. She insisted I make these crepes, and I'm glad she did—now they are my husband Jake's favorite dessert!
When our granddaughter visits us on weekends, I try to find something fun for her to do. Since packaged ingredients are simply layered in a pan, this is an easy treat that even a young child can fix.—Melissa Defauw, Auburn Hills, Michigan
It never occurred to me that I could bake a cobbler in my slow cooker until I saw some recipes and decided to try my favorite fruity dessert recipe. It took a bit of experimenting, but the tasty results are "berry" well worth it.

This fresh-tasting sauce, chock-full of blueberries, tastes great served over pancakes, French toast, waffles or even ice cream. Whether you use fresh or frozen blueberries, the flavor is fantastic...and with only four ingredients, it cooks up in a flash. —Ellen Benninger
