This rich, fudgy dessert is a cross between pudding and cake. I like to serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Whenever I take it to parties, everybody wants the recipe. —Paige Arnette, Lawrenceville, Georgia

Made this over the weekend. It is like a steamed pudding. We liked it but it does need the chips and ice cream or whipped topping. Reminds me of what most of the world calls pudding. Mine was done in 4 hours rather than 6. Crock pot low may be warmer than some.

I've made this for years. Sometimes substitute mint chocolate chips.

This recipe is delicious and so easy to make. Just mix, pour and turn your crockpot on and forget. Wonderful!

I thought it was terrible. No flavor, edges tasted like the spray, and it was too done at 6 hours

this recipe was delicious but it wouldn't solidify in my crock pot and I ended up baking it in the oven. I will try it again.

can this be baked in the oven?

This recipe sounds fantastic? Do you know if it can be doubled? If so, are there any adjustments to cooking time or temperature? Thanks.
