Ingredients

  • 3 ounces rose wine
  • 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
  • Lemon seltzer water

Directions

Fill a wine glass or tumbler three-fourths full of ice. Add 3 ounces of dry rose wine and 1 ounce elderflower liqueur. Top with a splash of lemon seltzer; stir gently. Yield: 1 serving
Note: For testing only, we used St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur.
