My family loves dividing up this super-easy sandwich that's brimming with great spinach and onion flavor. Refrigerated pizza dough shaves minutes off prep time and creates a golden brown crust. The cheesy slices taste terrific warm or cold, so they're great for lunches, picnics or trips. Mary Nichols Denver, New Hampshire

I didn't have any frozen spinach, so I used canned (with liquid squeezed out). I also made my own pizza dough. I made half the recipe with spinach and then tried making the other half with pepperoni instead of spinach. I added some Italian seasoning to that one. I really enjoyed both of them.

I discovered this recipe years ago and it is wonderful. It is always requested at family gatherings. I don't change a thing. We love it.
