A lover of Mexican food, Bon Jovi had a part in opening the Blue Parrot in East Hampton, which serves Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican cuisine. We think he’d love any of these Mexican dishes.

Jon and his wife Dorothea own two restaurants with a unique business model-there are no prices on the menu, and diners can either pay for their meals or earn them by volunteering in the restaurant.
