Last year, Doritos turned out wild flavors like Guacamole and Mountain Dew, and this year, they went even further with a “fruity” new flavor. Now they’re bringing back a fan favorite to stores, and if you love all things pickle, these are worth licking off the Dorito dust.

It’s All Pickle, All the Time

It’s no secret we’re suckers for all things pickle-flavored, so of course we’re hopping back on the Tangy Pickle Doritos trend. The bag contains classic triangle-shaped Doritos dusted with dill pickle seasoning. Previously, Tangy Pickle Doritos were only sold across the pond (under the alias “Intense Pickle”), but they finally made it to the U.S. in 2020.

This time around, the tangy snack features special all-new packaging, which definitely makes it stand out from the regular Doritos flavors.

That’s not all—Tangy Ranch Doritos are set to hit shelves this year too. The new snack features classic crunchy Doritos covered in savory ranch seasoning, and honestly, it sounds like a match made in heaven. And hey, if you ever want to combine the two flavors, we’ve tried ranch pickles, and we can confirm this would be a great idea.

Where to Get Your Hands on a Bag

Fans will be able to get their hands on Tangy Pickle Doritos on Monday, August 9 on snacks.com, but be warned—only 1000 bags will be available on the day of release! The pickle-flavored treat will then be available at stores in select regional markets at $1.99 for a 2.75 oz. bag and $4.29 for a 9.25 oz. bag. That’s not all—you can also enter the contest on Doritos’ Instagram to win a retro-themed bag of Tangy Pickle Doritos and tons of goodies.

Tangy Ranch Doritos will be available on store shelves nationwide on Monday, August 2 at $1.99 for a 2.75 oz. bag and $4.29 for a 9.25 oz. bag. No word on whether these are limited edition yet, so if you love your ranch, you’d better get to the store as soon as you can!
